Yes. We move students and staff around Duke's campus, Ninth Street, and the apartments nearby, plus lofts in the American Tobacco District. Tell us the building and the elevator or stair situation and we set it up before move day.
That is exactly what we plan for. Older Durham homes often have narrow doorways, tight staircases, and original floors, so we bring floor runners, door padding, and furniture wrap and take the careful route through the house.
A week or two is ideal, especially in summer and at month-end when everyone moves. We also take same-week Durham moves when the schedule allows, so reach out even on short notice.
We bring the truck, blankets, dollies, and shrink wrap as standard. We can also bring boxes and packing materials, or pack the kitchen and the fragile pieces for you if you would rather not.
