What to confirm before move day
Step 2
Send the COI requirements
If the building asks for a certificate of insurance, send its exact wording and certificate-holder details early so Royalty can confirm the requirement before move day.
Step 3
Reserve the elevator
Freight elevators often have fixed windows and deposits. Reserve the window and share the confirmation with the moving team.
Step 4
Confirm the loading place
Ask whether the truck uses a loading dock, service entrance, curb space, garage, or another assigned area.
Step 5
Check parking and carry distance
Tell Royalty about parking limits, permits, garage height, long hallways, stairs, or a long carry so the crew and timing are planned correctly.
Step 6
Keep one building contact handy
Have the front desk, property manager, or maintenance contact available in case an elevator, key, or access question comes up.

Include the building name, address, move date, approved window, elevator confirmation, loading instructions, building contact, and any COI wording. Do not send payment or identity documents through the quote form.
